By purchasing and enrolling in the ProSelect Power Setup course, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Course Overview

ProSelect Power Setup is a cohort-based online educational program designed to provide strategic guidance, implementation training, and workflow support for photographers using ProSelect software.

The course includes a combination of:

  • Live group training sessions
  • Session replays (available for enrolled students)
  • Educational materials and resources
  • Optional community access and group support (as outlined in the course description at time of purchase)

This course is educational in nature and does not include done-for-you services unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Access & Course Delivery

  • Course access is granted only to the individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

  • Live sessions are scheduled in advance. While replays are typically provided, attendance at live sessions is not guaranteed, and replay availability may be time-limited.

  • Course content, structure, dates, or delivery format may be updated or adjusted as needed to improve the learning experience.

3. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All course purchases are final and non-refundable. 
  • Due to the digital nature of the course, immediate access to proprietary materials, and live cohort structure, refunds, chargebacks, or partial credits are not offered.
  • Failure to attend live sessions, complete coursework, or participate in the program does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Recording, Intellectual Property & Usage

Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled students’ personal reference.

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publish any course recordings, materials, templates, or content
  • Use the content to create your own courses, trainings, workshops, or paid programs

All materials are protected intellectual property of Maureen Bridget Consulting and are licensed for personal, internal business use only.

5. Community & Conduct Guidelines

  • You agree to participate respectfully and professionally.

  • Harassment, solicitation, spam, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • The instructor reserves the right to remove any participant from the community or course access without refund if conduct guidelines are violated.

6. Results Disclaimer

This course provides strategic guidance, education, and implementation support, but results are not guaranteed.

Your success depends on factors including:

  • Your effort and follow-through
  • Your business model, pricing, and market
  • External factors beyond the instructor’s control

Maureen Bridget Consulting shall not be held liable for:

  • Business losses, lost revenue, or perceived lack of results
  • Software limitations, third-party vendor issues, or platform changes
  • Technical issues outside reasonable control

9. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • A stable internet connection
  • Access to Zoom
  • A licensed version of ProSelect compatible with the course
  • Technical difficulties on the participant’s end do not qualify for refunds or credits.

10. Termination of Access

The instructor reserves the right to terminate access to the course or community if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Intellectual property misuse occurs'
  • Disruptive or unethical behavior is observed

Termination under these conditions does not warrant a refund.

11. Agreement

 By completing your purchase and enrolling in ProSelect Power Setup, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
